Last fall I found myself wondering what to do about the deteriorating siding on my home.  I did some Internet research and knew I wanted James Hardie siding products.  Shortly after that I read an article in a Des Moines magazine about these products and Mark Parlee.  I contacted him via email and requested information and an estimate on the cost residing my home.

I received an immediate reply and set up an appointment with Mark.  That was the beginning of a great experience in the residing of my home which included installing one new window, a new garage entry door, and a new entry to the house from the back deck.

My phone calls were returned promptly, my concerns were immediately addressed, and I felt confident that mark was doing all he could for me.  The employees he had working on my home were hard working, courteous, professional, and respectful of my property.

The end result is that my home looks like new construction.  Mark’s attention to detail was phenomenal and I appreciated all the explanations that were given to me during the entire project.  Encountering some challenges during the project (previous water damage) I was thankful to have an experienced contractor able to correct the problem.

Mark has continued to help us with our other “little issues” concerning our home and we are grateful for that.  He is a great person to have on your side when things in your home are not going right.
